CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. General Provisions.

1.1. The website www.autogolv.com serves as a platform for short-term car rental. These terms constitute a public offer (user agreement), the conditions of which the Renter accepts when making a reservation on the Lessor’s website.
1.2. Rental relations between the Lessor and the Renter are governed by these terms and by the rental agreement, which is concluded and signed at the moment the vehicle is handed over.
1.3. The Renter must meet the following requirements:
– minimum age: 22 years;
– minimum continuous driving experience: 2 years;
– valid identity document (passport or ID card) and driver's license.

2. Booking and Payment Procedure.

2.1. Car reservations are made online at www.autogolv.com or by phone indicated on the website, by providing information on the vehicle model, rental period (from/to), and selecting any additional services (e.g. vehicle delivery to the specified address).
2.2. Payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash.
2.3. In case of non-cash payment, the Renter makes a transfer to the Lessor’s bank account based on an issued and electronically delivered invoice.
2.4. For cash payments, settlement is made at the time the vehicle is received, and the Renter is issued a paper invoice.
2.5. The security deposit ranges from 100 EUR to 200 EUR depending on the Renter’s driving experience. The amount and return procedure are defined in the rental agreement.
2.6. The deposit is returned to the Renter within 3 (three) business days after the vehicle is returned, provided that:
– the vehicle is returned in the same technical and visual condition as at the time of receipt;
– no traffic violations were recorded during the rental period;
– no other obligations under the agreement were breached.
2.7. The Renter shall fully compensate for any expenses related to the loss of car keys or documents.

3. Vehicle Pickup and Return.

3.1. The pickup and return location is agreed upon by the parties — either at the Lessor’s address: Strazdu Street 3, Liepaja, or at the address specified by the Renter if the optional “door-to-door delivery” service is selected.
3.2. Inspection of the vehicle’s technical and visual condition is carried out in the presence of both parties. Any detected damages are recorded in the handover document, and the vehicle is photographed.
3.3. The Renter must return the vehicle in the same technical and visual condition, and with the same fuel level as upon receipt.
3.4. If the vehicle is returned more than 3 hours later than the time stated in the agreement, a full daily rental fee will be charged. For delays under 3 hours, a fee of 10% of the daily rental rate is charged for each hour of delay.

4. Vehicle Use.

4.1. The Renter is allowed to use the vehicle within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Travel to other EU or third countries is prohibited.
4.2. The Renter is prohibited from transferring the vehicle to third parties, including subleasing or free use.
4.3. The Renter must comply with the Road Traffic Regulations and handle the vehicle with care.
4.4. In case of a traffic accident, damage, theft, or any other incident, the Renter must immediately notify the Lessor and contact the relevant services if required.

5. Insurance and Liability.

5.1. All vehicles are insured with OCTA and KASKO policies.
5.2. The Renter bears full responsibility for damages not covered by insurance, as well as all fines incurred during the rental period (including traffic violations, parking fines, etc.).
5.3. The Renter is also responsible for the loss of keys and/or vehicle documents.

6. Dispute Resolution.

6.1. Disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
6.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in a competent court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.

TRANSFER SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. General Provisions.

1.1. The website www.autogolv.com serves as a platform for ordering transfer services. These terms constitute a public offer (user agreement), which the Passenger accepts when placing an order on www.autogolv.com.
1.2. Relations between the Carrier and the Passenger are governed by these terms.
1.3. The Passenger must meet the following requirements:
– minimum age: 18 years;
– possession of a valid identity document (passport or ID card).

2. Booking and Payment Procedure.

2.1. Transfer booking is made online at www.autogolv.com or by phone indicated on the website, providing trip details: route, departure and arrival time, number of passengers.
2.2. Payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash.
2.3. In case of non-cash payment, the Passenger transfers the amount to the Carrier’s bank account in advance based on an electronic invoice.
2.4. For cash payments, settlement is made before the start of the trip, at the moment of boarding, and a paper invoice is issued to the Passenger.

3. Insurance and Liability.

3.1. The Carrier undertakes to comply with all traffic regulations and ensure safe and responsible transport of passengers.
3.2. The Carrier is responsible for passengers during transportation to the extent provided by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
3.3. The Carrier bears full responsibility for fines incurred during the trip (traffic violations, parking fines, etc.). The Passenger bears no responsibility for such penalties.
3.4. All vehicles are insured under OCTA and KASKO policies. Civil liability insurance applies to passengers in accordance with Latvian law.

4. Dispute Resolution.

4.1. Disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
4.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a competent court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

BICYCLE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. General Provisions.

1.1. The website www.autogolv.com also serves as a platform for short-term bicycle rental. These terms constitute a public offer (user agreement), the conditions of which the Renter accepts when booking a bicycle through the Lessor’s website.
1.2. Rental relations between the Lessor and the Renter are governed by these terms and by the rental agreement, which is concluded and signed at the moment the bicycle is handed over.
1.3. The Renter must meet the following requirements:
– minimum age: 18 years;
– valid identity document (passport or ID card).

2. Booking and Payment Procedure.

2.1. Bicycle reservations are made online at www.autogolv.com or by phone indicated on the website, specifying the rental period (from/to).
2.2. Payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash.
2.3. In case of non-cash payment, the Renter transfers the amount to the Lessor’s bank account based on an issued and electronically delivered invoice.
2.4. For cash payments, settlement is made at the moment the bicycle is received, and the Renter is issued a paper invoice.
2.5. The security deposit is 50 EUR. The return procedure is defined in the rental agreement.
2.6. The deposit is returned to the Renter immediately after the bicycle is returned, provided that:
– the bicycle is returned in the same technical and visual condition as at the time of receipt.
2.7. The Renter shall fully compensate the cost of lost keys, security chain, as well as technical damage caused to the bicycle during the rental period.

3. Bicycle Pickup and Return.

3.1. The pickup and return time is agreed upon by the parties. Address: Strazdu Street 3, Liepaja.
3.2. Inspection of the bicycle’s technical and visual condition is carried out in the presence of both parties. Any damages are recorded in the handover document, and photographs are taken.
3.3. The Renter must return the bicycle in the same technical and visual condition as upon receipt.
3.4. If the bicycle is returned more than 3 hours later than the time specified in the agreement, a full daily rental fee is applied. For a delay under 3 hours, a fee of 20% of the daily rental price is charged per hour of delay.

4. Bicycle Use.

4.1. The Renter may use the bicycle only within the territory of Latvia. Travel to other EU or third countries is prohibited.
4.2. The Renter is prohibited from transferring the bicycle to third parties, including subleasing or free use.
4.3. The Renter must follow traffic regulations and handle the bicycle with care.
4.4. In case of an accident, theft, damage, or any incident, the Renter must immediately inform the Lessor and contact the relevant authorities if necessary.

5. Liability.

5.2. The Renter bears full responsibility for any damage caused, as well as for all fines incurred during the rental period (including traffic violations, parking fines, etc.).
5.3. The Renter is also responsible for the loss or damage of keys and the security chain.

APARTMENT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. General Provisions.

1.1. Apartment rental is carried out via international platforms www.booking.com and www.airbnb.com. Accordingly, rental conditions and responsibilities of the parties are regulated by the rules of these platforms and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
1.2. Reservation may also be made through our website www.autogolv.com by selecting the section APARTMENT RENTAL / BOOKING — which redirects to www.booking.com. Apartment name: Studio seaside apartment.
1.3. Reservations may likewise be made directly through www.airbnb.com — apartment name: Studio seaside apartment.

2. Dispute Resolution.

2.1. Disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
2.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a competent court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

GUIDED TOUR SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. General Provisions.

1.1. The website www.autogolv.com serves as a platform for ordering guided tours in Liepaja. These terms are a public offer (user agreement), which the Customer accepts when placing an order, and the Contractor (AutoGoLV guide) agrees to provide the service.
1.2. Relations between the Customer and the Contractor are governed by these terms.
1.3. The Customer must meet the following requirement:
– minimum age: 18 years.

2. Booking and Payment Procedure.

2.1. Booking is made online at www.autogolv.com or by phone indicated on the site, specifying tour details: route, start and end time, number of participants.
2.2. Payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash.
2.3. In case of non-cash payment, the Customer makes an advance payment to the Contractor’s bank account based on an issued electronic invoice.
2.4. For cash payments, settlement is made before the start of the tour, and the Customer receives a paper invoice.

3. Dispute Resolution.

3.1. Disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
3.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a competent court in accordance with Latvian law.
